What we do for you
1. Selection & health check
Together, we select the right animals on the farm. Each cow is inspected by a veterinarian and provided with an official health certificate.
2. Pedigree & performance data
Delivery including pedigree (minimum 3 generations) and milk records of the mother—transparent and traceable.
3. Customized blood tests
IBR, BVD, Neospora (and other required tests) according to the requirements of your country and your buyer.
4. Quarantine & documentation
Animals are prepared for export with quarantine, veterinary inspections, and complete export documents – VAEX knows the requirements for each country.
5. Transport
Safe and animal-friendly transport with our regular road carriers; for longer distances by ship or airplane. Collection and delivery arranged by VAEX.
6. Insured until after arrival
Standard transport insurance, with the option for coverage up to 30 days after unloading.

VAEX takes care of all documentation and coordination with the veterinary authorities of the export country. The customer is responsible for arranging the import permit themselves.

Yes. We always operate according to the official requirements of each country and provide the corresponding certificates.
We only deliver full truckloads. For road transport, the minimum order is usually 33 cattle. For air freight, the minimum order is typically 165 cattle. The practical order size depends on animal category, destination, transport method, and current availability.
Depending on selection, testing, documentation, and route. As an indication, allow for 3–8 weeks; we will confirm the schedule upon assignment.
Standard transport insurance is included. Optionally, we insure up to 30 days after unloading. 100% of the value in case of death.

VAEX assists international clients with the purchase and export of various types of cattle. Availability varies depending on the period, breed, age, weight, and destination country.
